The Israelites left Egypt! There were so many people, plus all their sheep and cows.
How would they know which way to go? God showed them! In the daytime, a tall cloud moved in front of them.
At night, the cloud became a big pillar of fire to light the way. God led His people every single step.
Key Verse
And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead them along the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light.Exodus 13:21, ESV
