Naaman Is Healed

A Bible story for kids from 2 Kings 5. Day 116 of 365.

Naaman was a great army captain from another country. But he had a sickness on his skin called leprosy.

A little servant girl from Israel said, “The prophet Elisha could help him!” So Naaman went. Elisha said, “Wash seven times in the Jordan River.”

Naaman grumbled, “That muddy river?” But he did it. On the seventh time, his skin was clean and healthy like a little boy's! Naaman said, “Now I know Israel's God is the real God!”
