On the mountain, God gave Moses ten important rules called the Ten Commandments.
They told people how to love God: Love only God. Don't worship idols. Say God's name with respect. Rest on God's day.
And how to love others: Honor your mom and dad. Don't hurt people. Be faithful. Don't steal. Don't lie. Don't want what others have.
