God made Samson super strong. He could beat a lion with his bare hands!
But Samson made bad choices. He told Delilah his secret: his strength came from his long hair, his promise to God. She cut it while he slept, and his strength was gone. The Philistines captured him.
In prison his hair grew back. Samson prayed, “God, remember me!” God gave him strength one last time to push down the pillars of the Philistines' temple.
