Isaiah told about a Servant God would send. People wouldn't think He was special.
The Servant would be hurt for the wrong things we did. He would take our punishment, so we could be forgiven.
Like a quiet lamb, He wouldn't fight back. This Servant is Jesus, who died on the cross for us.
Key Verse
But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed.Isaiah 53:5, ESV
